Welcome to BOLDMAN AIR. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our luxury aviation services, accommodations, and related offerings. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

BOLDMAN AIR provides luxury private jet charter services, accommodation bookings, safari experiences, and related travel services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Service Scope

  • Private jet charter and aircraft management
  • Luxury accommodation reservations
  • Safari and experience bookings
  • Hangar rental services
  • Concierge and travel planning services

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

  • All bookings require confirmation and deposit payment
  • Pricing is subject to change based on availability and demand
  • Special requests are accommodated subject to feasibility
  • Travel documents and compliance are the client's responsibility

Payment Terms

  • Deposit required at time of booking confirmation
  • Full payment due 72 hours before service date
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit cards
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes and fees

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

  • More than 72 hours: 25% cancellation fee
  • 48-72 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours: 75% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee

* Different terms may apply for peak seasons and special events

Cancellation by BOLDMAN AIR

In rare cases where we must cancel due to safety, weather, or operational reasons, we will provide full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is our highest priority. All operations comply with South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) regulations and international aviation standards.

Client Responsibilities

  • Valid identification and travel documents
  • Disclosure of medical conditions that may affect travel
  • Compliance with security and safety briefings
  • Adherence to weight and baggage restrictions

Liability and Insurance

BOLDMAN AIR maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all operations. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policies and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

  • Acts of God, weather, and force majeure events
  • Third-party service provider failures
  • Client personal property and belongings
  • Indirect or consequential damages

We strongly recommend clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data necessary to provide our services and comply with aviation regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation by agreed third party
  3. Arbitration under South African law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

BOLDMAN AIR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and clients will be notified of significant changes.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
